β β β β β Went down twice to the Center and called up once to register my kid, left my details each time they said they will call back in 1-2 days to arrange for an online assessment. Did not happen. Totally unreliable unprofessional and definitively not recommended. Unless you are desperate otherwise please find another learning center who are more attentive and responsive to spend your money on. This place should be call βI can waitβ instead of βI can readβ, wait till they finally get their act together. Unfortunately I couldnβt give a negative rating. Otherwise it would been a negative -5 stars.

β β β β β We have enrolled our Kid at I can read Harbour Front from Pre-reading level 1 to Pre-reading level 3. It was all good, they can allocate the class on Saturday for us. However, last week, we need to withdraw from I can read because they can no longer give us the slot on Saturday. The ridiculous thing is when we want to confirm the slot that we wanted on Sat, the admin staff said she is waiting for other parents confirmation on the slot. I donβt understand why they donβt accept our confirmation when we can confirm and waited for other parent who canβt even confirm yet (first come first serve, no?). Long story short, we just withdraw her since we want to her to have continuity in her studying other than waiting for next term(not even sure if next term they can arrange or not) . I thought everything was settled. But no, suddenly the staff from I can read called us to pay for some outstanding fees. I told her to send us Pay Now information then we will pay. The staff told us to make payment when we send our kid to school next week(10 July) It startled me even more. What? Since when we still have lessons with I can read as the staff informed us the last lesson was 29 June. So I can definitely confirm this is a big misunderstanding that we have with the staff.
