Hairstylist not up to standard.
Super basic haircut for the price of professional haircut.
Poor Hairwash service, went home to rewash.

โ โ โ โ โ Went to the Arab St salon to get a haircut, creative colour and treatment. While I was satisfied with how the hair colour turned out, I was disappointed in the haircut. I asked for layers but my hair looks choppy. The senior hairstylist who cut my hair did a terrible job. The layers were uneven. As my session took a few hours, she left before I could ask her to rectify my hair. I emailed them last week and no one has gotten back to me.
On the other hand, I would like to commend another stylist named Putri, for her patience in tending to my hair needs.
I wished I could post a photo of how my hair turned out, but I'm a hijabi. I guess, thankfully, I can just hide my ugly hairstyle under my hijab for now until I get it fixed somewhere else. I do not recommend this salon at all.

โ โ โ โ โ This is my first time coming to Iffah Muslimah Hair Salon for combo service ( hair cut/wash/blow, colouring & hair treatment). So far the service was great. After the hair treatment my head felt pretty light & fresh.

โ โ โ โ โ Great advice from experienced stylist Ms Sal. Initially just wanted to do cut hair and wash but ended up leaving with colouring and treatment. Pleased with results and good promotion now at the Arab street branch. Great colouring done by Miss Putri. Overall ambience is great and excellent service by all staff today. Highly recommended.

โ โ โ โ โ Staff explained about the services clearly, space is well maintained and clean for next customer. Wanted to cut, blow and wash, but persuaded to do intensive detox treatment for scalp & hair. Feels much clean & refreshing! Thanks!!!

โ โ โ โ โ Wanted to do dandruff treatment but instead they suggest me a detox because its better for me so i loved that they know their services well! The service with them is also very good because from time to time they inform us what we need to improve our crown ?? will definitely come back here again!?
