She has been wonderful with her food tips and encouraging me each time I feel abit tired of this journey (especially at the beginning). I also feel it is easy to communicate my goals with her and thanks to her I have hit my 1st goal and we are on the way to our next goal together. No regrets!!

Flavia has been an awesome trainer and understood my goals & objectives and worked towards achieving those. She is able to change the routine depending on my personal body type and limitations. I’ve gained core strength & flexibility in my body movements & loss of weight and inches on my waist, which were my main objectives to join.
