โ โ โ โ โ Yesterday evening, my friend and I planned to do the underarm hair removal in Jurong Point Branch, and also want buy the additional 400 shots after that. What we experienced were (Staff name is Camen):
1. Poor product knowledge
2. Bad Attitude
3. Aggressive customer service
We are thinking the business could be much better if the front service staffs are well trained. We walked away with no hesitation, as our expectations were totally gone since received such service.

โ โ โ โ โ This outlet is my go-to outlet, not because itโs the most convenient for me, but also because the therapists at this outlet were really friendly! They took the effort to remember and check in with you whenever you are there. They were really gentle with the shaving process prior to the start of the actual IPL process and make the whole process so comfortable and so fuss free. Also, from my latest experience, they actually applied their new skinbooster for me after the IPL which allow me to have first hand exp of their new product. Best thing is, thereโs no hard selling involved unlike my experience over at musee!
