★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Seasonal korobuta not for sale anymore (7 may), so I bought the standard ban mian (item #1 with only minced meat and pork slices), the quantity of meat is really quite little, no picture :(
Tabao kurobuta ban mian dry 2 Saturdays in a row. I enjoyed my noodles (thicker than usual, would prefer it slightly thinner) and they still tastes al dente back home. The noodles well mixed with sauce. I think they could have used minced meat with some fats cos it tastes good (not dry). The soup is flavorful too. I like the (I think) spinach they use in the noodles (similar to the ones at haidilao, and not over cooked). Thumbs up! Gobbled the noodles, so no pictures (topped up with extra veg at home)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Enjoyed the Kurobuta (limited special I think) and the all in versions, quite generous with meat and the soup is good. This foodcourt is worth visiting, quite a few good stalls.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had a super bad experience. Stall was understaffed and everyone was waiting more than 30 minutes for their food. If you know your stall is lacking of manpower. Why bother opening the stall to let customer wait for so long.
After waiting for almost an hour for 2 bowl of noodles. I was seriously disappointed with the food. Taste was really bad, their "wok hei" taste is really weird and does not match with the noodle.
You can easily get double portion with other stalls in Bedok for the same amount for the same dollar amount.
Please avoid this stall at all cost. You can see the owner being super sarcastic and insulting customer when they give a honest bad review.
To AaronGant wRong : Why open google review if you don't want customer to give free and open reviews.Grow up and go enroll in a culinary course or go learn from a real MHK master. Maybe you will learn how to cook proper food and provide proper service to your customers. If not I can foresee your stalls closing down 1 by 1 soon

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 4 stars for the friendly service
Waited about 45min for 2 bowls of dry signature MHK during Sunday lunch hour
As compare to the usual dry MHK I had from other stalls from Sg & JB, the sauce here were too mild to give a kick, ingredients were in good portion though

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The soup is salty. $5.50 per bowl which is not worth it. The shrimp ball and meat ball is nice but mee hoon kuay is too soft.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One of the best MHK I ever try , soup is power with Wok Hey flavour, seldom find such a taste in most of the MHK, definitely worth it , will come again next time, highly recommended

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Jiak Song has opened their newest outlet at Bukit Batok on 10 Feb 2022. I am not a fan of Mee Hoon Kway as I preferred thin kinda of noodles.
.
What I had is their Signature All-In-One Combo which includes Mee Hoon Kway with Minced Pork, Pork Sliced, Pork Ball, Shrimp Ball and Egg, topped with Ikan Bilis.
.
Glad that I decided to give this a try as I love the soup base with a hint of smoky flavour.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 1) Wait time was 21 mins for a single bowl of MHK dry. 3 staff couldn’t deliver quick turn around on a Sunday 13.15. Not many people at the kopitiam. No Q at this nor other stalls.
2) Ordered the Signature MHK. Mediocre taste. Soup isn’t hot, just warm. Egg added into soup but bland. Ain’t any “wok hey” taste that the others were raving about.
3) Prawn ball is not bad although I felt it is slightly under cooked.
Overall, any MHK from your regular kopitiams or hawker can beat this. Unlikely to patronise again. Over rated probably due to Master Chef effect.
