We needed help pretty last minute to coordinate the AV during our wedding as our hotel only provided an AV tech to handle the lightings and curtains. We didn't want to trouble one of our guests to manage the AV coordination (such as playing of music esp for march-in, and slides) so we turned to Carousell to look for someone to help us and we are so glad that we found Jonas, even though this service wasn't advertised! The whole process with Jonas was really seamless from start to end. We had 2 virtual meetings with him before the actual day, and Jonas was always clear on what we wanted, reiterating our requirements and expectations to ensure that he understood what we wanted clearly. It really helped build assurance and we knew that we can entrust him with the AV coordination for the wedding. We even gave Jonas the autonomy to make decisions and changes for the actual day. Jonas showed up on the actual day fully prepared, and everything went smoothly. I found Jonas online and briefly informed him about our event for a school theatrical play. He came over, did a wonderful set up and managed the entire sound system for the performances that day.
