★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Although at lunch time, this place is relatively empty as compared with neighbours McDonald's and Burger King. Comparing queues forming to place orders or to enter the premises, KFC at Compass One is quiet with no queues.
Do not be fooled by what you see, this premise is actually very spacious with many more seats inside when you walk in to explore.
This is a good replacement if your favourite fastfood restaurants are crowed and/or you need to grab a bite fast, dine-in or takeaway.
19 June 2022 Update: Do try their rice bowls. I love the curry chicken flavour. At $5 it comes with a small drink and 2 pieces chicken tender. Very filling at this super reasonable price. Do get it!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had lunch a couple of days. Service is acceptable. The aircon is a little cold, the Mall should do something about it. U don't want your food to turn cold in a couple of minutes. As for the chicken, it's still warm but the strong flavor isn't there.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Can see why mcd has more customers while kfc has significant less customers.
They will need to improve on their system:
1.order system- Ordered via kiosk and my number showed under serving, however when I approach the counter, nobody is asking or entertaining while there is no q. After I think about 5 minutes the staff come to look at my number but still reading wrong number. Then my order has not completed . She managed it well though, passed me the ready food and said will hand over the rest to me later.
2. Counter staffs training - the staffs seem to be at slower pace in a fast food restaurant.
Food is still good though.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 3rd time they make mistake for my order. Firstly we waited for order more than half hour only to find out they forgot to show order number on the scene for collection. Back home with soggy and cold breakfast and worst our 2 set of waffle n chicken platter with harshbrown… When opened the box, Harshbrown give wrong one and one of waffle become pancake. The problem with takeaway also coz kids to fight when order is wrong and no ist willing to go backs me change coz of the journey. Last time I am getting from KFC.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ordered Buddy Meal Breakfast from FoodPanda app and deliver to Punggol. Both requests no ice for Milo and cutleries but both requests not fulfilled. Similar experiences with Punggol Oasis KFC. Do the Staffs read requests from Customers or they just can't be bothered.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Customer service getting worse at all places. This morning at KFC the staff were playing loudly. Should be more professional to use Mike for Customers orders instead of shouting. Customers want a quiet place to eat else we will go to hawker Centres.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ KFC, uhh, KFC. I don’t have much to say about KFC. Food is alright, I had a breakfast menu chicken burger with a hashbrown thing and drink, burger and hashbrown was nice but that’s it. The KFC here is quite big, shares a space with pizza hut which I find cool. Besides any of that, still don’t know anything else to say. The staff was good and meets people’s standards. Overall, it IS KFC I guess.
