β β β β β Super slow service. Mine was the only order. 3 coffees. Took 15 mins. 3 young staff were there tasting the coffee while making it!

β β β β β I'm not sure whether they are new, but even with the benefit of doubt, the dishes were lackluster, portions were small, 70% of the menu was unavailable. Although there were 4 staff on hand, our orders took a long time. (2 types of dishes - nasi lemak and fish & chips) Each dish cost about $7Β±, for a set meal it was around $8. Got our drinks wrong, but we didn't mind. Absolutely disappointing, the fish and chips were salty and limp, the nasi was clumpy and flavourless. They did however have a scratch card promotion ongoing for every $5 spent, scratched us 5 cups of free coffee ??

β β β β β Bad service, I need fast because need to work, but still need to scan the menus and do the payment, I feel is very unnecessarily to do that .
In this fast would, Don't think you guys can survive.

No improvement at all even they received so many bad reviews
Poor management
Cups stained with lipsticks mark
They even didnβt cook the food that I ordered towards the end (waited for 30mins for a simple aglio olio)
And if u want a refund u have to wait for another 7-10mins
And they donβt even feel bad at all

β β β β β Opens at 830am not 800am wrong info. Was informed by another staff it was not open. Food otherwise tasty.. but coffee very small. maybe they should consider starting at 8am cause with the closure of Kopitiam nearby there is pent up demand from people starting work from 8am - 930am: With timing of 830am-5pm they can only serve a lunch crowd. The other coffeeshop outside macpherson mrt is doing good business even at 8am.

β β β β β The food are very salty, not sure why price shown in the promo menu is more expensive than usual price? Aglio olio is weird, they uses chili oil instead of chilipadi. Also added too much of garlic. Fried rice is so so, the chicken katsu is just like what we can get from any supermarket.

β β β β β 1. Food is a bit expensive. 2. Coffee and tea is well made. 3. Air ventilation is terrible. My clothes smell a lot after having lunch there. But at least it's air conditioned. 4. QR code / cashless ordering only. Nobody will take your order at counter. Such a stupid idea. Browse the menu, input my ct card details, took me almost 10mins to order. 5. Non existent staff service. When i rcvd a free coffee, i went to the counter. Stood there and callout to get my free coffee for a few minutes. Nobody entertained.

β β β β β No ordering at counter, only could scan QR code to order and make payment. Tried kaya toast set and peanut butter toast set. I would say "no standard" and coffee C tasted so-so. eggs were overcooked, should have taken the photo....Once is enough for me.
