★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Knowledgeable paediatric doctors but with little patience for people who don't understand, bad attitude and frequently prescribe more medicine than you can shake a stick at (or afford). Last time I had 8 medicines all with different instructions to remember, and costing around $200 total, for a fever.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Got to clinic as it opened at 2, was first in queue. Doctor showed up to the clinic 30 minutes late, and offered zero apology for her lack of professionalism. Gave us three prescriptions for our child to take, two of which contain the same active ingredient. Other pediatrician we saw was puzzled by this, as was I. Avoid.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Clinic was open when i arrived with my son approx 4pm but the minute i opened the door, front desk assistants said the clinic was closed for the day and that the doctor had already left.
Needless to say, I left feeling very played out.
Yet in here, it says closes at 6.30pm.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Visiting the clinic is never something to look forward to but the professionalism and warmth from the doctors and nurses at this clinic make the experience positive and reassuring. The queues may take quite long though, but this can be expected.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Visiting during this Covid19 period of time was amazing as the snaking long queues and super long wait are practically gone. I came at 8.45am thinking that I will be at least 3rd or 4th in queue for the opening 9am but I was the only one there with my unwell child. Clinic staffs and doctors are always nice just that doctors are sometimes quite late (and still are) during my previous visits before the Covid19 times. During this time I left clinic at 9.40am. Before Covid19 times, I would have been still waiting for at least 1 hour before I could see doctor. Indeed less children fall sick nowadays… is it so?
