Elly managed to keep my young toddler entertained with toys from the showroom so that we were able to focus and direct our attention to the different sofas/couches on display. Elly was very patient with us as we were deciding on the different models. She was very understanding as well and honest in sharing with us her own opinions when comes to the different options of the sofas for our new home layout. In fact, she even helped us with some ideas on the configuration of the sofa setting. Apart from that, we were very impressed with King Living as their products are of high quality which comes with a 25 year warranty on their steel frames that allows us to rearrange and reconfigure our sofas as often as we wish. This is definitely a plus point! Thank you once again Elly from King Alexandra for being very professional. We appreciate your great customer service and warm smile. Wishing King Living a wonderful new year filled with abundance, joy, and treasured moments.

He is extremely friendly, patient and professional. Was able to confirm my purchase swiftly without hassle. Very nice showroom. Enjoyed the visit.
