This Logistics Company is so unreliable. They do not know how to value Customer Service. They don't even tell you that they will be late or their whereabouts or what's happening. Tried calling their "assigned Driver" but all they can say is - I CAN'T DO ANYTHING. Get ready to destroy your day/schedule should you wish to engage them.

The worst logistics company ever, they don't have servicing and don't have the capacity to handle being a logisitcs firm but yet they take on big scale islandwide projects. Christmas tree cillection also can go wrong, best part left a mess and don't bother to manage. Could have informed staff on-site but didnt. Aside from that, pushed back my collection date by 1 day. If this was my house nvm, but this was in a showroom, 12 days of christmas become 13 days, best part i remove the ornaments already and then tell me. So the bare tree was sitting there for a full day. Why did you low ball Far East Floral to get the delivery contract when you don't have the capactiy to do it?
