I must mention that one of your Superstar Employee - Gilbert! He is such a kind and helpful person! He did an extra mile delivery service for me on his own as to helping me to carry n deliver the 4 Tier Stocker back to my place...
I must said that this is a Wow Experience for me! ?Having Gilbert fully with passion in his job as being your staff is your company asset! ??

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wide selection of products, and very neat inventory. Easy to browse and find the item that I was looking for. But there is a minimum $20 spending in order to check out with paywave, which I find inconvenient. I’m going to rate 4 stars because the staff who handed me my stuff was very polite and friendly.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had a pleasant experience at your store at Northpoint City last Sunday. There is a wide selection of kitchen and household wares. I went to buy some kitchen and baking items for the coming New Year.
Generally, your staff are helpful and friendly. Particularly, a Mr Raymond who is very passionate in his service and made effort to call and find out the place l could get a specific baking item which was unavailable at your store .
I am very pleased with his excellent service. Please convey my appreciation to him.
