โ โ โ โ โ Second time-buyer. Wanted to commend the awesome customer service.
I bought a klean kanteen bottle, when I went home I found out the cap was leaky. When I told Ying about the issue, she immediately offered to replace the cap, and agreed when I wanted to exchange for another design.
Because the new design was $3 cheaper than what I'd paid for, they even refunded me! That's something I didn't expect at all, given that the owner made two trips down.
Fast, personable service with integrity. Would definitely buy again.

โ โ โ โ โ Get a Klean kanteen TK wide bottle 64 oz insulated, the exterior feel very hot when filled with hot water, this was resulted from the internal layer fail to hold the water & leak to the insulation layer. Obviously this was a workmanship issue but Seller not honour the service to help submit for the warranty claim.
Reason from seller: the Item bought in November 2019 , only inform got defect on jan 2020.
Klean kanteen still allow to claim ,only requires seller service to send for repair but seller only interest in making money but not interested in after sale service.
Thus very disappointed with this seller, hope this can let buyer to consider before getting from them.
