I thought I will be disappointed after the seemingly expensive haircut. But I am wrong. Justin did a good job. He is polite, knows what I wanted. The price came with hair wash. It's cozy even without music.

Let's get the facts straight - a haircut here inclusive of wash is $41 SGD Booked an appointment here on Wednesday 24th November at 630pm. At 630pm, told the 'barber' I was running 5min late. The 'barber' said in Chinese to try my best to arrive faster. At 6.39pm when I was at Thomson Plaza's carpark (1 minute to arrival), the 'barber' called me again and I told him I was 1 minute away. He responded with annoyance 'you're still 1min away? Do you know I have a customer at 7pm?' Yes I was tardy, but to book half an hour time slots for your customers for $41 haircuts? And to display such arrogance? We should just legalise daylight robbery. Other complaints: Impossible to call through most of the time as there is no front desk staff. Yet they operate on an appointment basis without an online booking platform. They should train their staff to pick up calls while cutting hair. Go figure. One also has to wonder why they put head massage on the menu when the only thing their staff knows is 'haircut'.

Efficient service and nice environment. Professional cut with attention to detail. Great they take bookings as well. Currently beard service times are limited to certain days and times. So had to just stick with haircut only.

Nick did a great job. Was thoroughly pleased with the haircut. He was very detailed with shaving the sides and back. Did not rush thru it though there was another walk in customer waiting. Thoroughly worth the $40 haircut.
