Clean and cozy nail salon. Relaxing and plush environment. Opens early at 1030am. Jessy is very gentle and meticulous. No hard selling. Lovely nail arts too. Highly recommended.

Not even worth a single star for nails service. Absolutely awful nails service! Initially my plan was to do a gel mani + classic pedi.. however, i lost all confidence in them after looking at the way my nails were being filed and the way the cuticles were being removed. In the end, i paid and left for a second more professional nails service located 2 doors away from them. The lady who did my nails at Lash and Brow Boutique was very nice but she absolutely know nuts abt nails. Upon asking, understood from her that she is not a manicurist (i don’t understand why my appointment was accepted in the first place if there’s no manicurist available). Definitely won’t recommend this place for any nails service. Is horrendous!

I have taken a package from Lash and Brow... as the first time I did my manicure and pedicure it was good.... now the quality has gone very bad.... their gel menicure only lasted for 2 days and started coming off... the third day I went to show it to the staff and they said they would do again for me... and gave me a week later appointment... when I reached for the appointment... ( by this time all nailpaint was chipping) she tells me that she can only do 2 nails as I showed her two in the first place...not accepting the poor quality... and by the way the day I went to show her she did mention that they have got a few complaints regarding the brand they use. It is such a sheer waste of time and money. The owner is overseas as per the staff ... they have taken a written feedback form me... i hope the owner gets to read it. Feeling totally stuck with them as have taken the package.
