★ ★ ★ ★ ★ since i moved to Thomson my clothes i will bring to you for dry clean..all the while you are charging me 7.50 per piece last month told me charge wrongly its actually 8.50 per piece now this time i bring again you told me also charge wrongly its now range between 10 to 15 dollars per piece. since already brought in after this time i won't patronise you anymore. its ridiculous

Edit: 4th October 2021 - Thomson plaza Laundry Club. Sent in a jacket and pants for dry cleaning. It is my fault for not checking upon collection, however staff did not mention about damage when collecting. No doubt about that. So soon and already not in your database? You’ve also gotten the salutation wrong, pretty much shows poor attention to detail. Never sending anything to Laundry Club again.
