★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I wish to commend Suki & Jeremy for their good service! I have been looking for a pair of glasses that suits me over the past few months and I m not urgent to get one. However, I decided to make my purchase at City link Lenskart outlet because I was pleased with the overall shopping experience. Suki took initiative to approach me, gave me recommendation, explained to me the pricing set for all different brands, she is very approachable, knowledgeable, enthusiatic of what she is doing. She is also patient on attending all my queries without showing any negative attitude. That is why I bought 2 pairs which costs me almost $500 from her. I also want to commend Jeremy for his professional service during the eye checking session. He patiently explained to me about the test result and my new prescription without rushing for it. It is rare to meet such friendly sales people in retail industry nowadays and they both made my days! Sad to say that they don't sell contact lense in this outlet, otherwise I will spend more.
