★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Super bad customer service by the cashier! He started talking in a horrible way like i entered the shop after it was closed!! I tried to tell him i entered before you close and i didnt know it closes at 8:30 but still he was rude. I wish i didnt buy from this shop because they don’t deserve customers.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Do not buy the little farms Nespresso capsule pods. It’s a bad design and gets stuck in your Nespresso machine. Not all the time but the 3rd one got stuck, just a really bad experience.

They have great aussie products, most of them are fresh.
But zero star to the staffs. Unfriendly and not helpful. My friend was checking with the woman without mask, if they have a bigger size of moo lemon flavour yogurt, she shouted “I’ve called warehouse but they dont have” with inpatient and rude tone. I was looking for something else when I heard that I thought she was talking to her staff but my friend told me she was talking to her. Not sure if she’s the store manager if she is I’m not sure what’s the recruiting standard of a store manager for Little Farms.
The cashier (she was arranging the products at fridge when we first went in) a young lady, she asked if I need plastic bag, told her that will be great. She then said “will charge 0.30cents huh” like I’m owing her money. ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lousy attitude service staff especially this male staff in his senior age. Whatever I was trying to find my kale, he tidy it in front of me right after I was choosing my kale. So when I go to the counter, he was at the cashier. He don’t even bother to greet, don’t bother to say thank you after giving the receipt. Very bad service, little farms management, please handle your staff properly. I paying for quality and wanted an experience at little farms and I bet this will be my last time there. Experiences is important for all customers and your staff make me very unhappy.
