Dr Chu is a very patient and caring doctor.

Rude customer service from front desk! Its to the point it’s ridiculous. Treatment here doesn’t work and service is bad!

This review is NOT for the Dr, but for the extremely rude front desk staff. I don't enjoy rating so low, but my experience with the staff was nothing short of pathetic. Called for an appointment, was given a choice to either come in anytime & wait in the hope that someone with the appointment gets late and Dr is able to slot in or take an appointment for later. I was verbally given an appointment for March 27-2021 ( 5 weeks after I called), and when asked for SMS confirmation I was explicitly told that we don't send SMS kindly note in down & I did so. I called in few days later since I wanted to be sure & to my surprise i was told that there's no appointment under my name & then I was questioned why was I calling again if I already had the appointment date with me. Later was told to either come on a weekday or forget it & the lady staff hung up the phone on me by just saying ok bye sort it out yourself if you can't come on a weekday! How rude is that, how can you deny giving an appointment just because someone has an insurance, that too after confirming one. Extremely rude & unprofessional behaviour by the lady at the front desk.

Dr. Roland Chu was a pleasure to deal with. After a short conversation, it was obvious that he was incredibly knowledgable in his field. He took his time to ensure a thorough examination and helped me with an issue I had for years. Thank you so much Dr Chu!

If I will to give 5 stars, I will only give to Doctor Loke. I agree some of the review mentioned the customer service are bad. True that they are very rude to customer. It was long time ago since Doctor Loke still around when my girl went to see him. While waiting, we can heard the staff shouting at customer and rude. However, Dr Loke he was a professional Doctor and my girl like to see him whenever she have skin problem as Dr Loke cure her skin problem and scar in a month. After Dr Loke not around, she was not happy as replacement Doctor can't cure her problem. Conclusion is not the matter of the Doctor. Customer Service should improve as Customers come first.

Very efficient in scheduling appointments. Dr. Roland Chu is also very clear in his diagnosis and genuinely cares for his patients. Thank you so much for helping my father (for eczema/dry skin due to old age) and me (for Hidradenitis supprativa).

Dr Roland Chu is very caring and patient to my needs. Counter staffs are nice and attentive too. Overall, I was being attended with great service.

I consulted Dr Roland Chu, Dr Tan Kian Teo and Dr Goh Boon Kee on separate occasions due to my tight schedule, but I was surprised that they understood and were kept up to date about my eczema condition. Have to say that they are all very professional and clear with their diagnosis. The counter staffs were all patient and could explain how to take/apply my medicines accurately.
