β β β β β I bought a key ring from them last year and decided to give it as a gift. Went to the shop and requested if they could help me ribbon and put in a small bag.. Unfortunately they turned me down with the bag, yes a small bag. They said I need to show a receipt (which I prolly lost)or my number on their record. And the ribbon she provided was too short and said no more ribbon left. So I just manage to tie one side and overlap the other side- overall look cheap to even give it as a gift. I am so appalled with their service. Never buying any Longchamp anymore. What a joke!

β β β β β Visit this store at Paragon wanted to get a hand bag and due to her good service provided by Sr. Sales Associate Ms Tan, end up buying 2 bags instead. Showroom looks clean and tidy and staff is helpful and courteous. Good job and keep it up.
