★ ★ ★ ★ ★ one of the most horrible customer service experience I have ever received. wanted to buy a set of earrings that was on sales for $7 and I went to the cashier to checkout, the sales associate snapped at me and said that for sale items, a purchase of min. 2 items is required. there was no info shown at the sales area which informed customers about the min. 2 items policy. i went back to the sales area and picked up 1 more item and went back to the cashier and she glared at me angrily even though i wasn’t even rude or angry. horrible experience, hope they will do something about their staffs.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Visited the outlet on 22 Nov Sunday evening and two cheerful lady staff attended to us. My 2 daughters were having ear piercing and the staff had been very nice and patient explaining to us the procedures, signing the waiver form and the after care procedures. Very good service attitude and will be back with my girls to purchase the earrings soon! ??
