The part time cleaner sent to me is Tint Tint Wai SOE. She is very punctual and a fast learner. What I would like is her quality of her ironing, it is well done .Thanks

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am engaged their weekly cleaning service for a few months and they appointed me Khaing Zar Ei as my regular cleaner. Khaing was great! She is fast on the work and adapt very fast, I don't even need to tell her what she need to do after the first day. Happy with her service !

She was always punctual, thorough and I appreciated, I didn’t have to tell her everything what needs cleaning, she just saw it and took a heavy load of my shoulders. We will be missing her help! ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have tried out a few cleaning companies and Luce stands out! They are very responsive and accommodating. Cleaner San San Myint was assigned to me a few months ago. I have engaged part time cleaners for many years and she's by far the best! She's very punctual even though we start at 8am and she has really good working attitude. Very detailed and hardworking, kept my house spick and span! Highly recommended!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I engaged the services of Luce SG to get my 3 bedroom house cleaned once every week. I was extremely pleased with the quick turnaround from their end. The helper "Ho Poh Hwa" they sent was simply superb. She was very professional, affectionate and efficient worker. She did an awesome job and was always on time. Would have loved to have her continue if not for personal reasons for stopping. We loved having her and wish her and Luce SG the best.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My first appointment with this company was pleasant and well done. I thus signed up for an annual air con servicing package. However, the company doesn't ask you when you want to have the next appointment so you need to chase them.
What was downright disappointing was that no one showed up at the specified date nor time for this second appointment. There was absolutely no follow up from the company until I sent an irate email because their phone line does not seem to function.
Do NOT use this company or their services unless you want to spend half a day waiting around for a maintenance person who fails to turn up.
If I could give negative stars, I would. Absolutely appalling service.
