★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have been a regularly customer at Luu Beauty Spa since 2019. Amy Luu is very friendly and very good in Nail designs, Eyelash Extension, Facial. They also offered the cheapest eyebrow threading. I am a very particular and picky person but for Luu Beauty Spa, I would recommend to my friends. Keep up the good work!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I did my classic pedicure with Amy yesterday and had an enjoyable time chatting with her the whole time. She recommended me her latest "cateye" series and I really love the colours! She was meticulous and detailed in checking in for my comfort as well. Thank you Amy!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Came here for manicure and pedicure. Place is really clean and music was relaxing. The manicurist did a great job and she was gentle with my toe nails which I’m extremely sensitive about the pain. No hard selling at all and it was overall a very pleasant experience. Highly recommended!

Don't think I will want to renew my package after my current one used up.
No point paid upfront for a few hundreds $$$ and so difficult to get appointment.
Was told that the Eye Lashes packages can be touch up after 2 weeks but no. Felt cheated. Useless to do here.
And recently they hired a Malaysian. Her services are no good. Skills not up to standard. Too Slow. And further more as a service staff she is not humble but too proud when she speaks.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had such a pleasant experience here. their menu did not indicate that they did acrylic but when i asked, they kindly did a beautiful set of acrylic extensions with design for me all under 2 hours! Any seasoned nail client would know that an acrylic set is the longest to do but Amy did it so quick. She is very experienced and her hands moves god speed. Will definitely come back and try other services too!

I was asked to renew my package last week. What kind of new rules is this? Last time don't even have.
If my credits is below $100, I need to topped up otherwise I am not entitled to the special $68 price for manicure & pedicure. I would have to pay $78 which is same as retail / walk in price.
That was last week I paid $380.
Yesterday want another $380 for eyebrown embroidery. I decided not to do. But was still charged $20 for the numb creme they applied on my brows. Day light robbery. Might as well go and robbed the bank.
Worst than beggars. Don't know how to appreciate and value their long time customers.
What a shame !!
Instead of improving after my previous bad review but never. It is getting worst !!
I don't owe you !!
