Kenneth from ambulance department was amazing and very knowledgeable. He is great with kids, kind and friendly. Thank you for such amazing experience! My 5 years old really enjoyed the morning. The fire men crew (Isaac, Kairi) and also very accommodating and nice. Kudos to the entire team! Program starts at 0900ambon Saturday.

SSGT Izhar and the rest of Rota 3 were extremely hospitable and welcoming to my family and I during the Saturday Station Visit. From the moment we registered as visitors, SGT Luke walked us through the watchroom activities and showcased the impressive vigilance that SCDF personnel must apply 24/7 to the job. SSGT Izhar then personally walked us through the impressive inventory of equipment and vehicles that the SCDF has brought into service to ensure that they are at the forefront of firefighting and civil defense innovation - from the new firebikes, the latest Rhino vehicle, to the lifesaving Lucas2 CPR machines. What struck my family and I though at the end of our enjoyable visit, is that notwithstanding the latest generation of equipment, the heart and core of the SCDF was its service personnel - something that SSGT Izhar and Rota 3 really demonstrated through their passion and dedication for the life-saving work that they perform. The sub-minute donning of their PPE and the speed at which they responded to a call halfway through the station visit was really inspiring and reassuring as a Singaporean resident - that members of the Home Team would be able to respond within minutes with full dedication if an emergency ever arose. A truly awesome time!
