N	N Y on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had 1 of the best experiences at the Martian Gear store earlier this week! I made an appointment prior, upon arrival I was greeting by Alex! The showroom at Riverwalk was cosy and well equipped with all models to try on! The Martian Gear's chairs felt comfortable and great when seated on. The prices although slightly higher than other similar ones in the market.. but trust me, seeing is believing. The built, materials, feels, aesthetics and overall = priced well worth it! Ps: the features are amazing convenient too! Shout out to Alex once again who's one of the co-founder. He's extremely patient, sincere about his brand. He passionately explained and ran me through which chair best suited my built (188cm tall), my needs, to the even the delivery timing as I was urgently needing 1! Thanks Alex for the most impeccable experience I had with Martian Gear, glad to be on board captain! Cheers, Nic
K	Kelvin Lim on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Customer service is horrible, the back rest of my chair broke, which is only slightly more than a year old, and I reported it on 17 June 2022, was told that I will have to pay for delivery for the part and was informed that they will deliver the replacement part on 15 July. Today is 15 July and I have not heard anything from them at all, this is truly disappointing and I need my chair in working condition as I work from home. I would strongly not recommend this brand, due to the lack of customer service. Buy at your own risk!

I pre-order light grey fabric ASTRONAUT and a massager at the same visit. The massager is also highly recommended, cos it’s like a multipurpose massager that helps massage sore lower back, higher back and even neck. Such a great relief for my sore lower back due to long-hour sitting. Can’t wait to receive my new sexy chair ?? Keep on the great work! Martiangear

I tried their Astronaut in the showroom. It is was so comfortable. Massager is so good as well. Looking forward to receiving my black Astronaut. As for now, I enjoy my massager. Highly recommended!

Tried my friend gaming chair and it was definitely not even near martian quality and comfort. Defined recommend to anyone who wanna get a comfortable and premium feeling chair.

Overall, it's a great value ergonomic chair with great lumbar (back) and neck support. You definitely won't regret getting this if support is your concern. The size and shape is just right for me. Have been recommending my friends and they were all happy with their purchases as well!
