★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not very transparent on the pricing. Clearly advertised "supply and installation" @ 2.50psf. Upon site visit. Suddenly change tune to 3.50psf. When u asked what's the difference between the 2.50psf and 3.50psf, suddenly it became 2.50 is just the material when the ad clearly stated 2.50psf supply and installation. Very misleading. Will not engage even though the price was within expectations. But I do not tolerate any lack of transparency.
