★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am staying in the neighborhood and QSC MCD outlet prepares and delivers my food most of the time. From the preparation to delivery, the team does a amazing job (seldom get mcsenget). Once a while i do a get a smiley face drawn on the paper bag which makes my day. Today i ended up visited the queens way shopping center and decided to get the happy meal toy since i collect the TY stuffed toys. To my surprise all them the got sold out.
The staff by the name of Mdm Layhong, went behind the office to find last piece which was a display set and gave it to me. It was sweet of her and such events makes happy memories. Happy memories last forever. Thank you for making happy memories.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Aizat the manager is an extremely passionate and talented individual. He was friendly, attentive and went the extra mile to help customers. He was very patient when answering my questions and assisted me in my order when I had difficulties. Most importantly, he was pleasant and took initiative in helping me. I have not experienced such good service at McDonald's from other outlets before. Aizat has raised the standards of customer service and he should be highly valued as a staff manager at McDonald's. Thank you so much Aizat.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very helpful and nice staff, Syamir. He was patient in guiding and explaining to us in downloading the app for the MCD deals, without rushing us even though the queue was getting longer ( was quickly managed by another manager). Overall environment quite bright and quiet :)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Might be a biased review but I have been going here since secondary school and this restaurant outlet has been so consistent with their staff, cleanliness and service. Staff are professional, friendly and rather quick.
Delivery wise, you need to request for more sauce packets or ketchup packets as they tend to give very few chilli packets and no ketchup (which feels :/ for someone who can’t take chilli like me)
Overall, the staff and food always gave me good vibes :)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tried this McDonald store for lunch today. Have to say this site is following the covid regulations very precisely. Check in app at the entrance and once you ordered via kiosk. Employee will clean the kiosk so that next patron can use it.
Ordered the new signature range chicken buttermilk burger with upgraded drink (caramel frappe). Food was served fresh and hot. Burger was delicious, super soft bun, coleslaw, chicken was very tender and fries was cooked to the right temperature.
Staff is very courteous.
Definitely recommend this McDonald site

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice setting with a healthy dose of morning sun, fitting for a restaurant in a shopping centre known for its cosy alleys of sports equipment shops. The place is a little messy from the safe management measures for the pandemic, but otherwise the seating arrangement is kept under tight control. You can take a seat first and order for table service via McDonald's mobile app directly. Convenient!
