★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I'd give it a zero for delivery. Avoid delivery via any delivery platforms (mcd app/grab) waited 2 hours for it to be delivered. Better order from tamp inter outlet, so much faster. Fast food not really fast. I think if I cook, eat finish still havent arrive yet.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ordered for a delivery at this outlet. Waited close to an hour only to be cancelled. Even changed the status to “ Your order’s in the kitchen.” That’s a big fat lie right there. If you know you’re running out on ingredients or whatever, just cancel my order ASAP. So I can order from another outlet!
Never ordering from this outlet again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very long wait for delivery as food panda rider. Got other riders there too who have been waiting for an hour. Got an order there once and waited 30 mins. Went to check on them after 30 mins and my order wasn't even on their list. Something is wrong with their ordering system for takeaway. Had to cancel order as its not worth the wait. Never coming back here again. Going to avoide this place when doing delivery. If you live near there and want McDonald's delivered, better get from Interchange outlet. I got one order from a rider living near that area and he order from the Interchange outlet. He said delivery time too long

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Decided to check this newly opened store to get breakfast. The place was just small and only available for takeaway as of the moment. The queue was short and fast since its too early and the ordered food was served hot?? Makan?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Unfortunately, I had a couple of unpleasant experiences at this outlet. The first one was I had waited 30 minutes for my food - while it was understandable that it was peak hour and the staff had a lot of orders to clear, what was unpleasant is the male manager displaying his irritation (unprofessional) and muttering under his breath (audible to customers waiting) that they not able to fulfill my order in a timely manner due to the fasting month. As a manager, I expected more professional behaviour.
Another incident is the presentation and consistency of food is poor - order a double patty once and was given a single patty. Hot fudge sundae also had so little chocolate that it was not worth paying the extra hot fudge.
Nevertheless, a couple of positive experiences - one female manager was professional and friendly and a friendly female staff was regularly present and helpful in serving waiting customers.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ordered Angus BLT with double patty but it came with single patty. Went back to macdonalds and instead of giving a new burger they give me a patty separately. Got home to to eat then realize the patty they gave is a cheese burger patty and not a angus beef patty. Really got scam, con by this macdonald. Worst kitchen crew ever!!!
