★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I don’t review/rate, ever. However, this branch is so bad that I hope others reading will not make the same mistake as I did. Front staffs are young but terrible at their job - there weren’t many orders but they left out my drink. I let it slide because I only realised after. Unfortunately, this was not a one time thing as they also left out one of my burgers the previous day.
TLDR; Readers please make sure to double check your orders especially those who ordered takeaway.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Horrible service by Ming Hui. Was told MacDonald does not allow change of burger buns in this outlet. Staff was seen shouting from self ordering kios into kitchen about his need to visit a washroom. Order was slow

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The restaurant was empty with only 30 percent of seats occupied.
I’m very disappointed with the service. Floor manager, Weibo was not seen handling the orders.
Cannot even give a feedback if the manager is not seen. I ordered for a table service, my tray arrived with no serviettes, no butter and no spoon for the sweet corns and my tea was COLD!! I have to walk 2 times to request for the items.
While waiting for my request, I saw staff just leaving the takeaways on the counter for ppl to collect by themselves and not calling for the numbers which was allocated to them. Food was turning cold for sure.
Lots of room for improvement.

Now I understand why this Siglap Community Center branch received such Low ratings. First, I was given a wrong order. Then after “sorting” out, the staff still gave me my order short of the 2 drinks. Apparently this branch had a serious issue in service delivery.
What’s worst? The McDonald’s online feedback also doesn’t seems to work. I get no response at all after clicking the submit. And the portions of food is really getting smaller even after their prices had went up!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Waited for 15 mins for my order during a non-peak (11pm) while young staffs were chatting and walking in and out of the counter. While that is still fine with me, I was shocked to see that the filet o fish I ordered looked like it had dropped onto the ground as there were lots of black specks on one side of the burger. Moreover, the butter they gave me were not only melted but foaming (as though it was placed near extreme temperatures.
This is the first time I’ve ever felt that a Mac Donald’s is not a Mac Donald’s. Please travel slightly further to another outlet if you wish to have your Mac Donald’s fix.
