★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Just ordered 1 mc spicy meal & 1 big mac meal..but when reached home,was given 2 butter milk crispy chicken meal.So disappointed as both me & daughter hated pineapples! Last week when we dine in,there were so many flies which we lost appetite to eat.Sigh!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The guy standing at the entrance simply doesn't do his job properly. Keeps talking to people, even when counters are cleared. He just continues to chat and don't do his job.
2nd trip there and they have no queue discipline to serve those that ordered first and gave wrong food. No jam for big breakfast, no fork and knife for take away order. Seriously?!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Placed order, opted for table service, table service 11, waited 40+ minutes for our food, while disappointingly watched other who ordered after us being served their food first. Had to go over to ask for our food TWICE, only to receive cold burgers and fries. Ordered a Double Salmon burger, but was given a Single Salmon burger. Staff who sent our food to the table even had a black face.
Been eating here for the past 2 years+, this is the WORST experience ever. All other times we can still tolerate, but today was just too much. If cannot keep up with table service, then might as well remove the service totally rather than making HUNGRY customers wait only to receive bad service. This is the kind of bad service that makes customers cranky and refuse to understand the difficulties the restaurant is facing.
Buck up.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Many staffs but service is still quite slow (?) think they may have too many takeaway/delivery orders to attend to.
Good fuss free food nonetheless. Ps, the aircon is blasting cold which may be a great thing for many ppl.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Came here to eat around 8pm on a Tuesday, wasn’t too crowded with more people ordering takeaway. Manager/cook(?) was extremely friendly, had to wait 15 minutes for our crispy fried chicken but she delivered it to our table. +warned us about the heat and gave us disposable cutlery so that the hot juice wouldn’t burn our mouths. Great service!
