★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst experience today....gave me 3 melted ice cream...the staff just left them aside and forgot to consolidate the order.... And the fries is pathetic little for medium and forgot my sweet and sour sauce. Please do proper customer service McDonald's.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This McDonald's outlet is has three different seating sections. The main section where the ordering counters are has a few bar-like tables with stools. This is also where the condiment's and coffee and tea section is. This section is pretty small. This section has a door which leads to the outdoor section. The outdoor section is pretty cosy and is not normally as crowded. At night it can be rather romantic but it faces the carpark. The next section is actually in a separate room. One has to exit from the main section and walk to the glass doors separated by a stairway landing. this other section has more tables and is in a glass room.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A little busy sometimes and hard to get a seat ever since they renovated and downsized but food is still good! Fries and food are still warm and crispy and the drinks are still cold even when I order food delivery during midnight.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ You can never go wrong with Mcdonalds! I enjoy going here on off Peak hours. I love the new renovated look, however, I still miss the old one. Food's always great as usual, place is clean. Will always enjoy and come by when I have the time :)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The ice cream machine was down. It was explained to a couple before me but I Waited for 15 mins but no manager explained nor do any refund until I got enough to get out of stores. Poor communication and management.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Warmly Mr Ah Heng greeted us. He pointed a seat for us. Mr Ah Heng greeted us once more as he served our meal. Excellent customer service and a clean environment. When there is no response from the counter staff, Mr Ah Heng will repeat the order number so that the customer can be heard. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
