Serene is good in her task of informing the client before starting the process. She has high care and concern of the client during the process and check in every now and then to see if the client need any adjustment during the process.

Subsequently, I decided to go back and take up a package since I was given a good price. Consultant Chloe was really nice, informative and a great help in explaining to me the whole process (from procedure, to aftercare, and for future results). Also, Rui Qin was my therapist who helped me with the procedure - she was super patient and took her time to go through the procedure with me.

She was also knowledgeable in setting up the machine for me and treating me via coolsculpt.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I first chanced upon the Men’s Expressions website as I’ve been looking for solutions to remove my leg hair for cycling reasons. Decided to go for the Luminn Leg Hair Removal treatment, and throughout all of the sessions that I have been, the staff (like Ruiqin) have been nothing but been professional, friendly and were willing to share about their own experiences too!
As it was my first time experiencing this, I was served by a really warm and kind individual by the name of Chloe, who really explained the entire process of the treatment and any follow-up to take good care of my legs. I’m thankful for the positive experience, and would definitely recommend to others who are looking for a similar treatment. Thank you so much!!

She is also very careful with customer needs and I am great to have her as my treatment and consultant.
