Not sure I'm sending to the right email address but it just doesn't get through for some reason. So I'm giving this a pass on my score for now. Quality of the prints - 3 out of 5 stars Now this is what it's all about. I've sent them a pretty 'busy' image of sakura flowers with lots of bokeh. The image itself is good, not spectacular what you'd expect from metal printing (the output seems a bit soft) BUT my main grief is the different cut sizes and the cut-off of my word mark in 2 of the 4 prints of the sample batch. It seems like a haste job on that part. Therefore I'm giving it an average. I need the confidence that whenever I send out an image for a print job, I get it fully printed without cut-offs. The different size cuts for four 8x12" prints is still a mystery to me, with one over 1.5mm wider than the others, while all 4 of them are not evenly sized. This indicates of manual cutting, which can be labour intensive and prone to errors. User friendliness - 5 out of 5 stars Hope do the print quality improves over-time, as I do look into printing on a larger metal surface in the future and the ease of the service does remain appealing to me. I will keep an eye out for other reviews and see how others experience the print quality.
