Thank you Sylvia for the excellent Customer Service experience. I had an issue with the washing machine WTH120. By just hearing the error code she mentioned which part might have gotten faulty and needed a replacement. And that's exactly what the experienced Miele technician Rjay replaced. He did a great job and with a smile. This is a total package of "Customer Satisfaction" for a Miele customer like me. Thank you and keep up the positive attitude towards your customers.

After spoken with a few, Kristene ended up servicing me, assisted in figuring out the solution of the tiny space of the cabinet which is too small to fit in the newer model of washer, as I still prefer to use Miele than other brand. She went out of her way to give carpenter contact. After I was trying to get quotation from 5 carpenters failed, she helped schedule Jacky, Miele expert installer, to come by my place to make an assessment and measurement. Jacky went the extra mile to help me dismantle the problematic folded glass door of the cabinet, the only solution to help fit the new Miele model, as he felt the delivery team may not be able to help dismantle the door. Not reluctant to spend this extra effort and time on this task, even though it was already 7pm after his long day of work, rushing from work in Sentosa. Besides, he also gave me some tips and advises. Kristene was excellent throughout. She listened to understand the situation I am in, and sincerely helped to make sure I can use Miele, and not end up buying other brand, just because of the limited space. Kristene and Jacky are truly valuable and dedicated employees of Miele.

Good after sales service! Able to provide advice and solutions right over the phone. I was asking how to remove the tough stain on the tray. Alfred, the CSO from Miele advice me the suitable cleaning solutions, help me check the stock availability and SMS me the link for purchasing the link right after the call.

A big thank you to Mr Jacky Tan and Mr Dervin Soo for their top quality service. Mr Tan has been extremely helpful, goes above and beyond to ensure a seamless installation. Mr Soo a very knowledgeable sales person who is ever so patient and remains responsive to the slew of after-sales queries. Both have proven efficient and are unquestionably effective problem solvers. My experience with Miele has been flawless so far and I am super impressed.

I’ve a Miele washing machine and has been using it for years until recently there was an error code shown on the display panel and was asked to contact Miele customer service. As expected of a long wait for calling hotlines, I was surprised that I was attended in the shortest time possible. I told the customer service agent Kristene who assisted me and immediately she was able to rectify the issue. I was impressed with her professionalism and she also shared with me tips for caring and handling of the washing machine. This has to be the best experience I had for calling customer service hotlines.

I had an issue with my Miele c1212-1 induction stove and Alfred was great in assisting. All considering the issue I was facing is not in the manual. It took some troubleshooting but I am happy with the service of the team Miele in Singapore. Keep awesome!

I have been a Miele customer for years now with a range of their products such as washer, dryer and vacuum cleaner. The customer service support has been nothing short of outstanding and very consistent. I would like to give an additional commendation to Ryan, Miele’s star technician. Ryan has demonstrated unparalleled technical knowledge on occasions when issues crop up, and has always risen to the occasion. Ryan’s excellent customer rapport makes him a great asset to the organisation and a true ambassador to what Miele stands for.

Nora of Miele Technical Support seems experienced to understand my issues of a problem of intermittently no fast spin after a wash, thereby leaving my laundry very wet. Very warm, friendly and cheerful Support staff. Very happy with her excellent service. Now looking forward to another good service from the Technician this coming Friday from 10am to 12pm.
