โ โ โ โ โ Very bad management of a biz, apparently orders are forgotten and took whole day to reply in regards to how alternatives can be managed. Highly suggest mothers to look somewhere else or DIY the bakes as they aren't that difficult.

โ โ โ โ โ Ordered 5 bottles of overnight oats from Milking Cow SG for delivery on a specified date which Wendolyn made a special exception for. I also asked to switch the plastic jars to glass mason jars in a bid to reduce plastic use and Wendolyn accommodated my request. Thanks for the customised service, prompt delivery and great taste!

Take note of their Delivery Lead Time. They are charging $10 for 14 days' delivery. Customers seem to be compromising because here is the assumption;
They are trying to save their cost on the delivery by accumulating the no. of orders and do 1 trip per day instead of delivery on orders.
If it is a 14 days delivery, $10 delivery fee is unreasonable. GrabFood and Deliveroo is charging a maximum of $5 for same day delivery and Milking Cow charges $10 for 14 days delivery? Hence it is the Customer who is compromising while they save on the delivery costs.
The UIUX of their website is not well designed enough to make sure Shoppers notice that it will be 14 days delivery. This needs to be improved.
When we feedback to them, they suggested Self-Collection instead, if not, stick to their 14 days delivery. It's Food business which is on-demand, it is not Parcel business from Taobao or Lazada.

โ โ โ โ โ Very bad business communication and lead time is very long. No communication on delivery when they received order, response came 1,2 days later. I dont mind if delivery is long, but at least have the courtesy to inform the client or do proper communication. Ordered on 10aug, delivery is 18aug.
Think twice, there are alot other companies to consider.
