E	Elgin Louis on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It feels like they only care about $$. 10 sessions costing close to $2k. At the end, not even a proper progress report. Senior therapist and admin staff showed very little concern and feedback regarding our child was not clear and very vague. When feedback was given about their services, they did not seem interested and responded with little concern. Only interested if we were going to sign up for another 10 sessions. An additional fee is required to get a progress report which of course was not mentioned to us at the start. Look elsewhere folks.

Preeti is extremely knowledgeable and involved. Thanks to her sessions we see tremendous progress in our son. Our experience with Preeti and the centre has been positive.

A child spends a significant amount of time in school and home. Parents are the center of those and play a very important role in closing the loop with the psychologist and educational therapist. This is the way for any strategies to work. MindChamps Allied Care Serangoon staff has gone above and beyond to be part of that and to work closely with the parents. My son has shown significant improvements. It is apparent in his behaviors and academics in school and outside. It is a known fact that parents play a very important role in guiding a child. What MindChamps Allied Care Serangoon brings to the table is genuine concern for the child's well-being and technical expertise to further help the child. Thank you MindChamps Allied Care Serangoon.

Ms Euli, the psychologist and Ms Nurul have been very helpful; and with their hard word, we've seen big progress of our child. The teachers and staff even go extra mile to answer our messages after office hour / during weekends; and even answers questions from pre-school teachers. We really appreciate what everyone does.

I love that they are always adjusting their strategies and approaches to help him grow, regularly consulting with and updating us on our child’s progress and proposed next steps. His therapists make the sessions very interesting for him. I belive when he grows up and look back. He will have very fond memories of the times he spent and enjoyed there.
