Delicious authentic banh mi just like those in Vietnam! Ingredients are generous and fresh and the "secret soy sauce" really elevates the sandwich

Not sure what the hype is all about. 1st time trying the Banh Mi from this stall. Nothing against the lady selling but the food is not to my liking. Ordered the roast pork version for $5. The pork had like 90% fat, 10% meat. End up throwing out all the roast pork. There was also some white pickle too which i find too sour and doesnt go well with the bread. The bread itself was nice though, cost $1.5 for just the bread alone. Think I will stick to Subway next time.

This is a very small hole in the wall stall that sells Vietnamese Foods only for Takeaways. The young lady that mans the stall is polite and friendly and is meticulous with her work when preparing the food. I've noticed especially she made sure the prawns were properly deveined when preparing the spring rolls. Signature Banh Mi (Banh Mi Truyen Thong) - $6.00 This is the Signature Vietnamese-Styled Baguette Roll and my first time eating this. Its packed full of meat slices and vegetables but surprisingly Light Tasting for such a Meat Heavy Sandwich. The baguette roll gives a delightful crunch with a slight sweet aftertaste to it. I would compare it to a very Asian tasting Subway Sandwich with a better crunchier loaf. BBQ Pork Rice Noodle (Bun Nem Nuong) - $6.00 At first glance, the ingredients given for this doesn't feel like its worth $6, but when all the sauces are mixed in, it gives a very exciting vinegarish and very appetizing taste that tastes almost similar to Shaanxi Cold Skin Noodles (陕西凉皮). Vietnamese Spring Roll (Goi Cuon Tom Thit) - 3 for $5.00 Beautifully wrapped, these tasted plain at first but really "Blooms" when dipped into the sweet and sourish sauce. Chewy and light-tasting, this tasted very nice. Overall I enjoyed the dishes on offer at this stall although I am disappointed that there isn't an option for dining in. It would have been great to eat them fresh. Definitely do give this a try if you're nearby the area!

This a much needed food edition to Singapore. Vietnamese food is easily found in Singapore, but authentic Vietnamese food can be difficult, especially in the Woodlands. Miss Banh Mi prices are great. Her stall/booth is sorta out of the way, but it is worth if for the price and an authentic bahn mi sandwich. Her other snacks are also delicious.

Nice to have a Vietnamese option in the neighbourhood considering there aren't many of such variety usually. Banh Mi is good and affordable, and the baguette used is really amazing as well. Spring rolls are refreshing and goes well with the dip. Staff is meticulous but in exchange for that meticulousness, service is a little slow. Took over 10 minutes for a single Banh Mi and 3 spring rolls, and there were no other customers either. Additional note: their baguette is available for sale as well

Little shop part (next to) bread shop. Bread is fresh, fluffy yet crispy. BBQ pork balls are flavorful and the pickles just extend the flavor to another level. Taste great and balance, not very salty nor very fish sauce smell. You can add chili for the kick. Price range from $5-$6, it’s slightly pricier.
