Poor customer service by this big woman in duty. Two days ago, my husband was advised wrongly by her male colleague to buy a shorter shoelace instead of the longer one. And it didn’t fit. I went back today to exchange for a longer one, and was told off by this big size lady . I can understand if you have a policy of no exchange but I felt that she could have been more polite and helpful about it. How unpleasant an encounter..and I would expect more from Mr Minit!

Super poor service and attitude. I was trying to get my sandal glued. I asked a few questions about the warranty from the reviews above, she said it doesn’t apply to Singapore and the responses were from service rep in Australian. I was mainly trying to understand the issues better but she got offended, and said she won’t fix it as she got lots of other shoes to fix. What make it worse was she tore my sandal’s sole apart when checking so make the whole thing worse.

I was so happy with the service and quality of the material. Come second round to repair my sneakers and shoes. No regrets. Value for money and my shoes as good as brand new. Thank you so much. Will recommend all my friends.

I just spoke to a lady 12pm on 29th Dec at Mister Minit in Great World City as I called to see if I could get my watch strap fixed. I felt compelled to write this response as in all my 40 years I have never come across someone so rude in a customer-facing role. She was unhelpful, refused to answer the most basic questions, and then she abruptly just hung up the phone on me!! Needless to say I will take my business elsewhere!

Rude, unreliable, and unprofessional. Random opening hours with no note on the door to say when the shop will open (or not), lame excuses and zero apologies, and absolutely no effort at even basic levels of customer service. I wasn’t the only one complaining at mister Minit Great World today which says something about the level of service being delivered. How does Great World and/or Mister Minit accept this from their staff. It’s shameful.

The sole just came out after wore 2 times. Nice lady to solve my problem. Neat n excellent job n most importantβ€”reasonable price. ??I almost forgot my shoes and she reminded me w this photo? highly recommended shop. I ever stitched my shoe at road side cobbler. End up I didn’t wore n it anymore. Really can’t take it man

Extremely disappointed by the customer service. I verbally agreed to a service for $10 and during pick up I was made aware it's $20 instead. The service was $10 PER PAIR. I tried to explain that there was misunderstanding (I try to be fair and said doesn't matter whether it was clearly said or I misheard because in miscommunications you can never be sure and blaming one party doesn't help) but there was no attitude of trying to reconcile. This escalated into an argument because all they had to say was that they said it's $10 per pair and it's ABSOLUTE that they didn't say anything wrong because they were working there for 3 year, doesn't matter what I understood or not. This is not an ideal customer service in that making sure customer understand the pricing is their responsibility. They didn't even try to learn from this - but I suggest to write total price on paper next time so that it is extra clear before you do the job. I won't be going here ever again.

Thanks mister minit GWC to fix my Ferragamo bag. Both the flagship stores in London and Singapore told me they couldn’t repair due to lacking of the special spare parts even after they checked their head office in Italy. Thanks Coco and the master Shi Fu behind the scene, made the impossible possible, really amazing!! ??
