★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The experience at this outlet is very nice. The staff here are friendly. The outlet serves hot burgers and fries.
The cashier taker is friendly. After taking my order, he gave me an tag and told me to go to my seat to wait for my burger. It took a while for the staff to prepare my food. It took about 5-10 minutes of waiting time before the crew serve me my food.
The food did not disappoint me. The burger was hot and delicious, the fries were hot (a bit too hot cause it burned my tongue when I ate it). A very nice place to eat and discuss about homework with my friends.
Overall, a great outlet and had a very good experience here.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Cashier auntie are friendly and polite. The Teriyaki chicken seem to have been sat for some time, it's dark brown, it ain't warm, it's dry and a little cold on the other side of the burger. Fries are were warm and good.

Can go for their rice burgers, wagyu beef burgers
Fried prawns as an alternative side dish
Fries have a better potato taste...imo

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Waited in the queue , service that was being done by the aunty whom was standing at the counter was really really slow . I didn’t manage to catch her name , but please train your staffs to do a better customer service next time . Her face looks like she isn’t happy to serve customers . And while it was turn to order my food , she didn’t take my order first but chose to do other things and let me to wait again . Collection of my food was unpleasant , she slammed my receipt down before calling my number out and got my burger in a very bad condition .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Order was at 1130 and finally ready at 1152. The auntie at the front wearing pink like SUPER lost like she don’t know what she’s doing. Pls give more proper training thank you. Waiting 20mins for 2 alacart burgers is ridiculous for a fast food chain
