β β β β β Do not go to this establishment to get your laundry done! They are irresponsible and unapologetic for the damages that they incur. I just paid $65 for 3 loads of laundry to be done and ALL OF MY WHITE ITEMS are now pink because they FORGOT to separate the whites from the darks. Completely unacceptable and unapologetic attitudes. They never once said sorry - they just said it was the factory that washed everything together. DO NOT GO HERE - YOUR CLOTHES WILL BE RUINED.

I scheduled for cleaning services with the company today at 9.30am today. I texted to asked if the team was on the way at 9.15am and found out that the company had cancelled my appointment without prior notice and said they will make alternative arrangements. I waited for 2 hours for the update. The company was still going to charge me the full rate and had no plans for service recovery. When I expressed my displeasure at the inconvenience, the company then told me they will cancel the appointment. Super unprofessional attitude.
