Very unpleasant experience with Mothercare Paragon, the staffs there are with bad attitudes, especially the one with long hair and wearing a glasses, she is rude and unprofessional, be aware!

Experience the most unpleasant customer service from Paragon store due to product exchange matters. Maybe bcos, since it's an "atas" mall Paragon, so service provided to customer like me unfortunately, I felt "selective" I guess. It wasn't even a busy period and no one was queuing at the counter, until it's our turn.

Excellent customer service! Tonny.R helped go down the carpark with me to see if the booster seat i was considering is suitable. Made my day with his positive attitude n smiles!

It was a great experience to shop at mothercare paragon which has excellent service that was provided by Ms Chen Yee and Ms May Tan. Definitely will come back!?

May Tan and her young colleague (with a Chinese name) exhibited professionalism and excellent customer service when I went to buy several gifts. As I had a few items to buy, they took care to ensure that the gifts were nicely wrapped and were according to what I’ve requested. They’re gift wrapping skills were superb. In less than 15 minutes, they’ve prepared for me 5 different gifts. It’s no easy feat to wrap gifts as I tried it myself. They’re skilled and well-trained. What struck me the most were their composure. As another rushing customer demanded to open up another cash register, they both politely explained that they have to serve customers based on the queue. To diffuse anger from other customers, Ms May immediately speeded up attending to those in queue while her younger colleague helped to continue wrapping gifts on the side. Things calmed down and everyone was attended to. I’ve been a regular customer of Mothercare Paragon and I must say that the staff are always very helpful and also there are range of gift products to choose from. Kudos to your team! They deserve recognition for their hardwork.

At Morthercare Paragon, we are very impressed with the service provided by one of the staff there - Mr William Yan, who went through the extra mile to help us find a replacement for one of our spoilt stroller part. He got back to us promptly and followed up with us, giving updates on the availability whenever possible. When we even go down to the store to receive the parts, he even offered to help us replace and fix it for us. Very good service and very polite and helpful. Thank you for the wonderful experience Mr William Yan.

Very SAD experience with Mothercare Paragon, staffs there are extremely sales driven and play hard to mislead customers to purchase products difficult to sell or unpractical. I was advised by a female staff should buy the food steamer and blender asap, I initially never think to buy it as my baby is only 3 months old. And she also advised me to change to smaller milk bottles where I originally thinking to buy the bigger ones, when I opened them at home I realized I’ll need to change them again very soon. She even gave me a paper with written her number and asked me to give her a good review. I went to return the food steamer on the same day of purchasing after I felt it was a bad recommendation by the staff. They refused to refund and with a very bad attitude. I was a loyal customer of Mothercare with thousands of dollars spent there, I’m extremely disappointed about their services. I’m done with Mothercare. I’m sure they will lose customers because of the unprofessional services by the sales staffs.

Tommy Rusli was amazing! He was attentive to our needs and was patient with our requirements when choosing stroller and baby carrier. He was not hard selling and was genuine in helping us. Really appreciate his good work and we left the store with a stroller and baby carrier that fit our needs. Please help us extend our heartiest gratitude to Tommy! We’ll come Back again for the car seat next and hope to have him serve us again (:
