There is an auntie there who likes to gossip about customers. She was there last night Wednesday 25 May 2022 at about 9+ p.m. Do NOT go to mugiya - especially the City Square Mall outlet !!!
G	Gesh Gesh on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Just purchased at mugiya around 5.20pm! Pls educate your staff how to do cashier and customer service. She serve the customer behind me without give my receipt. I respect her and waited, asked my receipt after she finished serve the customer behind me. She printed and gave the receipt to me and said I must tell her I want my receipt when I pay for my stuff!! Hello are you sure? I told her u should give customer receipt since I’m standing there. But she still said the same thing!! As a regular customer I’m really very disappointed with your staff customer service!! She was super fast taking order from customer at my behind. I know you guys busy but when as a regular customer, I understand and waited for my receipt this is the way you guys reply to me? And with other customers too?? Very disappointing!!
S	Shreya on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Don't understand the reviews. The breads are so fresh and they have really nice options. Also they have interesting veg options as well- try mushroom pizza and coffee mexicana. The staff is always polite. definitely a great bakery!
S	SF Zhang on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Your baked products are great but the kind of staff you hire leaves a unpleasant aftertaste. Would have given 4 - 4.5 star for quality of baked goods alone. But dishonest sales practice has dragged down the rating. I was shopping for Pineapple tart at the store 2 weeks before CNY. The staff urged me to buy ASAP and as many as possible. She insisted that the tart is award-winning (that I do not doubt) and it is going out of stock very soon and there will be no restock in the foreseeable future. I passed by the store everyday on the way to work for the next two week, can't help but notice that the pineapple tarts are always being replenished and always in supply.
