★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 每次服务的人都不太一样，有些很温柔很细心，有些很随便很不专业，跟顾客聊天开玩笑培养关系很好，但是服务上还是需要保持专业！
还有很不舒服的一点就是每次去做都一直叫我签配套 每个月去每个月都问太夸张了
 The people who serve each time are different. Some are very gentle and attentive, some are very casual and unprofessional. It is good to chat and joke with customers to cultivate a relationship, but the service still needs to be professional!
Another very uncomfortable point is that every time I do it, I keep asking me to sign the package every month. It's too exaggerated to ask every month.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very good service rendered. Been going to the bugis branch for 10yrs. Highly recommended to get your hair removal done. All procedure is smooth and painless! Most importantly, they do not hard sell for any packages too!! ??????

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ i've been a customer since 2016/2017. I've bought top up packages probably twice. However, i still can't see any results despite me going regularly. Comparing to my friends who went other salons, it took them less than 10 sessions.
I have a feeling that they would purposely lower down the power so there is no effect and make us buy more sessions.
I'll probably stop after i use up my package.

1. Its not effective, when you raise your concern they will immediately tell its varies skin type.
2. Slots are always busy and they will never provide you slots much in advance even if you want
3. NO SCOPE OF REFUND - sheer waste of money.
I am on my 8th session, not even iota of change

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They do not hardsell me as they usually only promote their promotion and using really good communication skills to strive conversation to check if you interested to want more services which makes me comfortable & didn't worry.
However, the one in bugis can smell a little. Other than that problem, recently they did start to let us know they are sanitising the shaver before using on us which is a great improvement as they previously have never let us know that in my past treatments.
The staffs are friendly and very reassuring to prove their pridessionism so I can feel safe in their hand and the things they do.
Appointment is not as easy to get because they have large volume of clients so you've to book your slot early as usually recommendation treatment is once a month. Or you can book a slot to see any last minute withdrawal.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The place looks very dark and old. Doesn’t feel that clean, environment wise. Which makes you feel like your experience wasn’t clean enough.
Pretty hard sell everytime I head down.
I am on the unlimited underarm and bikini line package. You will always have to book your next appointment 2-3months in advance. Cause “limited slots”. But the time frame between these appointments are ridiculous, in my opinion. (Think of it like you’re asking me what I would like to eat for lunch 3months from now, on a certain date?)
Effectiveness is… hmm. Not too sure. I’ve done it at other places and results were obvious because the time frame between each session was shorter. It was wayy more convenient and affordable. Also, wayy more clean and flexible.
(You may ask why I chose musee then, because they were the only ones with the unlimited package at that time so I decided to try it)

they will ask me to sign up for more packages every time I visit.
They have so many different kind of festivals/anniversaries/lucky draws to persuade you to buy more packages.
They won’t hard sell because they will show attitudes if you reject to buy more sessions. :)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I first started my IPL journey with them (because they offered lifetime unlimited package for underarms) in 2012. It was easy back then to book appointment for regular treatment.
Fast forward, a few years later, it gets harder and harder to arrange an appointment. They gave priorities to package holders who will be doing large areas. And unlimited underarm package holder are no longer have much priorities.
I paused my session with them back in 2019 for 2 pregnancies/ breastfeeding. Now when I want to resume my sessions, I can no longer call in to book.
Dear Musee platinum if selling unlimited sessions to your customers is not sustainable, please think of other avenues to make profit and not chasing your existing package holder away by limiting them to book a slot.
Hence, new customers out there, please have a second thought if you want to purchase any package or have their treatment with them.
