S	Sabrina on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Staff was really rude throughout especially upon arrival they just stare at you and make you wait without addressing or acknowledging you. Constantly chatting and giggling WHILE doing treatment which was really unprofessional. The IPL treatments (after 10 sessions) didn't work either which I think it's a scam considering their high prices. Plus the staff are always rushing to get it over with so they can move on to the next customer (badly packed schedules). Gotten a much better service & results at much lower prices at other salons. Musee please up your game. Overall REALLY BAD experience.

The hotline doesn’t work, it just says they are overwhelmed with calls, WhatsApp don’t bother to reply. Every appointment have to wait at 1.5 months. By then, what’s the point of having ipl if u allow 1.5-2 months or more? It will lose its effectiveness. Oh btw, my package I’ve used about 1 yr and I must say ITS NOT VERY EFFECTIVE! The hair growth is still there, I had to buy my own braun ipl Machine to maintain it. Seriously, go somewhere else for your IPL!
g	gladys on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ rude staff. bad service. very pushy. if u dun sign up for more packages, they will show u black face. n yes, when they say free lifetime IPL underarm, appointments are 3-6 months later and they use a different machine in a makeshift room with curtains only, not partition. i tink its better to go somewhere else or buy your own IPL machine
S	Shandy Tan on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Service is average but cleanliness is questionable. I suspect they recycle the napkins used to cover the eyes. Effectiveness of treatment is abit slow. After about 3 to 4 sessions, I do not see any obvious results.

E	Emx on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Service for $20 for 6 underarm IPL is very fast and minimal. They only did 4-5 zaps and then applied cooling gel and you are off to go. The package can be so cheap because they only allow you to do the treatment once every 2 months. Which is practically pointless. They’re very strict on that and even if you want to do it a few days before the 2 months date, they claim that the system does not allow. However, if you sign up on the hundred dollars packages, they’ll increase the frequency of the treatment where they’ll allow you to do the treatment monthly. Basically you pay minimal for minimal effects and service and perhaps that is a gimmick to gain clientele’s database.

Suggest you change your staff handling Whatsapp. I wanted to sign up the full package but staff insisted i was an old customer and insisted that i had to wait 3 weeks for a transfer for an appointment. I had a new phone number and couldn't register as a new customer?? I'm not even taking advantage of your promotions??? Not even sure what your priority is - getting customers to sign a package or to WAIT for transfer.
F	FM C on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ True to their words when they say unlimited IPL although eventually appointment gets longer after sometime like 3 mos or more. Most staffs are friendly. Knowledgeable. Patient. What I like most with musee is the NO hard selling part. They will try to offer items at times but they will not hard sell unlike to other shops/ spas/ clinics I've been too. Reasonable price. Edit to add. Signed up a package for a while now. Happy with their service.
