I’ve been with Musee for 2 years, and would say my experience with them is great. Given that mine is considered high hair growth rate, I do see the good results and very happy with it. It really does work! I’ve also been attended by many different staff, most of them are really nice and sincere - with the exception of a few really pushy ones who tries to upsell packages in the midst of your treatment from time to time. Booking and changing of appointments are very fast and swift. Though I see most reviews here saying that the staff are not responsive, I guess it’s only normal that it’s related to the package people sign with them. Let’s be realistic yea.. :)

Overall experience is quite good. Professional service provided. Hope I will see result within 18 sessions.

Was about to enter with my husband for the first time to the outlet when one of the older staff (short hair) shouted that no guys are allowed. Staff was totally rude for no reason. The other staff are quite professional.

Treatment was smooth and comfortable. And staff was helpful in giving a heads up before proceeding with each step throughout the treatment process.

Terribly BAD service on WHATSAPP!! Suggest you change your staff handling Whatsapp. I wanted to sign up the full package but staff insisted i was an old customer and insisted that i had to wait 3 weeks for a transfer for an appointment. I had a new phone number and couldn't register as a new customer?? I'm not even taking advantage of your promotions??? Not even sure what your priority is - getting customers to sign a package or to WAIT for transfer.

Much cleaner compared to bugis+ outlet. Because it’s a new outlet. Pretty hard sell everytime I head down to bugis+ one. For tamp1, the staff did look at my other areas and recommend packages to me during the treatment. After i’m done with it, she would ask again. Try to push the sales and promotions. I am on the unlimited underarm and bikini line package. You will always have to book your next appointment 2-3months in advance. Cause “limited slots”. But the time frame between these appointments are ridiculous, in my opinion. (Think of it like you’re asking me what I would like to eat for lunch 3months from now, on a certain date?) Effectiveness is… hmm. Not too sure. I’ve done it at other places and results were obvious because the time frame between each session was shorter. It was wayy more convenient and affordable. Also, wayy more clean and flexible. (You may ask why I chose musee then, because they were the only ones with the unlimited package at that time so I decided to try it) May consider stopping..
