I	Isabel on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Complete misinformation on their end regarding the regularity of IPL treatments. I know very well that treatments are supposed to be done on a monthly basis. I was utterly shocked that they try to misguide customers into thinking that a treatment should be done within 2-5 months interval due to the 'strength of the machine'. To everyone out there, please don't get scammed by this place. The above seemed more of an excuse for their (alleged) terrible appointment system, in which others had to wait months for a follow-up appointment. P.S I know this sounds extreme and may come off as a ‘hate review’, but I am just genuinely concerned for especially first-timer customers who have no clue and end up paying majority of their savings for packages here. You deserve transparency in information and effectiveness in treatments for the amount you are paying for. Do your research, stay informed and stay safe :)

You can only book the next treatment date to 3 months later after your last treatment. Previously was 1 month interval. What kind of machine can control your hair growth cycle and make it 3 months. It will be not effective just waste of time. I changed to another ipl and their service and cleanliness is way better than musee. Don't ever ever sign up their package. You won't be able to book a slot for your treatment.

Later I took up a package around $1300 for 24 large parts (equivalent to 48 small parts) IPL treatment during my birthday month in 2017 (as there are discounts). The treatment is effective as unwanted hair has greatly reduced. Staff are professional and friendly. Only down side is that for most visits, they would ask whether I wish to sign up for more sessions, which I would decline as I prefer to use up my existing package first. A few months ago (June 2020) I was denied treatment as I had gone to the gym to exercise before treatment, which I later found out we should not exercise before the treatment. Maybe I should not have declared it. But personally I don't see it as a big issue. I ended up having to reschedule that appointment even though I told them I was ok to proceed. I bought the electric shaver from them at $30. Kind of expensive but it's good.

That totally defeats the purpose of effective IPL

Glad that I did so and only paid two instalments so the loss is still lesser. Many ppl signed up because of the deal but they could not handle the crowd. Ipl done every 4 months so the hair kept growing back. It is absolutely not helping. I have since switched to the competitor brand at Tanjong Pagar during promotion and now my hair is completely gone on these two mentioned areas
s	sup on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ signed up for the $38 unlimited underarm package. been years and the hair is still there. i would say it is quite ineffective as i dont see a significant difference. the staff are not professional as well. most staff would also coerce u into buying their products/services by making comments about the hairs on ur body/armpit during treatment, making every session a rather unpleasant experience. the wait time between every appointment is long as well (usually 4 months).

Though the waiting time for the treatment is quite long (2-3months), I still can see the result. The new hair grow lesser than before. The staff is good to explain about the new promotional package, no hard selling and push u to sign up their package. ?
