They are very friendly and really took care of me while Im in there shop. Before I came,my nails are very fragile and easily broken. But now its strong. Thank you so much. - H

The manicurist notice that I have very think dead skin and suggested that I top up to extend the session so they can remove more dead skin.
This prompt me to recall an incident in Thailand a few years ago. I went for a foot massage and they keep telling me my dead skin is a lot and keep pushing me to remove the dead skin then do foot massage. And it will be better for me. The remove of the dead skin was done by another manicurist, and she do till she want to cry as my dead skin is very thick. But due to her hard effort, I give her 100% tips as she really put in a lot of effort. ?
I did not regrets topping up, The manicurist at Nailz Galleryz is very professional and the result is very good. And I am really satisfied with it and did not regret to top up for a job well done.

โ โ โ โ โ The staff here are very friendly and polite, good service and i enjoyed my time here?During my last visit, i can see that the staff leader is very professional as she solved the problem that given by two weird customer in a very polite and patience way. Will definitely come again for their good service!

โ โ โ โ โ Horrible experience although pedicure was so so.
Staff was very very rowdy and noisy, gave no thought to the atmosphere in the shop and other customers. They seemed very keen on just serving their biggest (or noisiest) customers. Even the therapist serving me also seemed more interested in helping her colleagues with the noisiest customer.
Staff is very inconsiderate and noisy and loud, especially a staff by the name of Fiona. Will never visit again.
