So glad we were introduced to her. My husband I have improved in strength, stretch and core needs. Very happy!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Cynthia has been great and patient in guiding me on how to sustain muscles, strong bones and power through gyro kinesis movement. This methodology is completely new to me but I am enjoying it thoroughly as she makes the session fun. Great for both the young and the Seniors.
