Newly Launched Heritage Collection on Arab - 78 Arab St

I have a nice staying there, good experience. Even thought the room is a little small and no wardrobe but it was clean and Chanada was always there when I needed anything. But it worths the price. Highly recommend for short-term tourists. Thanks to John and Chanada for helping me during my trip there

Check in was fine, no issue, location is very convenient. However, wasnt much happy with the room itself. Firstly, when I came into the room, I was really shocked as when I opened the door, the first thing that blocked the door was the bed. The bed was just right behind the door. It was shocking for me but it was kinda cozy just space is too small. Secondly, someone’s undergarments wasn’t cleared from the top shelf itself (which is really gross becoz it’s like dusty? Meaning it has been up there for quite some time?) Thirdly, there were hairs found on our bed, telling me tht it wasn’t cleaned?, then, the walls are too ‘translucent’. What I meant translucent is tht I can literally hear ppl walking past our room, door shutting and opening loudly, the sound of the waters when soemone is showering and soemone upstairs just barely gave us rest. The people staying upstairs kept banging on the wall which I’m not sure wat he / she was doing (afternoon and night till about 11pm/12am?) Wasn’t a pleasant stay but really glad that I have my own netflix acct which I can watch on tv. Those who doesn’t have Netflix won’t p much enjoy it. OH and also, it’s just a silly mistakes made by the staffs or people who host us (which I find it weird becoz it was actly an easy job, I don blame them coz mayb they are hosting many people?), so I received a text from Chanada, it was quite clear in the chat group that my name was chloe but she said ‘good morning wen!’ Then fllwed by wat she wanna say abt the check out.. I think she made a mistake becoz she just copied and pasted the text and forward to me and other residents (idk). Overall, the staffs sounded friendly so it was okay

I like the technologies involved in the hotel process, channeling everything to our smart phone from self-check in, door key, and customer support. It was my first. And it was a nice experience. Casta helped me with an additional power converter upon check-in. This was important to me. So thank you Casta. Chanada resolved the beeping noise from the dryer due to a bad filter. And John kept me up-to-date on the water heater check, which was helpful. Thank you crews. All in all, a great experience. I will stay again, when the opportunity permits.

Perfectly situated in the heart of Kampong Glam, a short and pleasant walk from Bugis MRT. Felt amazing to step out to rows of charming shophouses, right around the corner from the Malay Heritage Centre. There is a great tea shop downstairs to sort out our saffron tea fixes each morning (open from 10am). The digital check in process was also very cool, fuss-free and time-saving! Got to meet the friendly Chanada who was so helpful throughout our stay, assisting promptly and effectively. Couldn’t get enough of balcony time with the lovely unblocked views over the colourful district. Great 2 night stay with comfortable room for two. It has everything we wanted even a multi-cooker! We do wish we stayed for longer~

During my first stay, I enjoyed the room for the comfy bed, window and clean room on the 2nd floor. However on my subsequent stay, at the 3rd floor..I was stunned to hear music playing louding with a lady shouting in Chinese, "one! Two! Three! Again!" And then stomping sounds vibrating throughout the room (with the high ceiling) from 730pm up to 940pm every night! It was an exercise class of some sort and it gave me vibration and stomping sounds torture for two hours on both nights I was there. I would not recommend this hotel for a quiet stay or if you're going to stay in the room between those hours.

Really enjoyed my stay at HC. Although it’s a v new approach to customer service where I have not met the two staffs serving me, yet I felt their hospitality at a level where most hotels can be put to shame. Chanada was extremely welcoming, replying me with such patience in the WhatsApp chat. Especially even though the main ceiling light in my room was spoilt, I was slightly annoyed by the dim lighting. But after raising it up to the him, his reply was extremely pleasant and gave me another lamp in my room almost immediately (I texted after working hours ie, 7pm, and he replied, and the next day, at 9am, he delivered the lamp to my room. So in working hours wise, really immediate). Hospitality and service from Chanada 11/10 The room was also kept clean and in pristine condition when I arrived, with everything v neat and in place. Only, there was a dust web forming on the top of one of the lamps, oppsie. Also, there was a musty smell in the toilet, so I bought my own air freshener to spray in the toilet. Hence for cleanliness 9/10, there’s room for improvement. At checkout, I required 15 more mins to pack. John was extremely nice and patient and attended to my needs. He was also v hospitable and patient with my requests. Hospitality and service from John 11/10.

Booked this room for 4 nights at a very last minute notice. The booking services was very fast and smooth. The self service check in is very easy to understand. Have been booking under heritage collection once a month since last year for taking a break.

We were recommended by an online friend and was given a discount voucher. We hesitated at first at staying here because it was a bit pricier over other hotels. But we have no regrets right after we arrived! The Heritage Collection on Arab Street didn't let us down! It was very accessible and just a 7-10 minute walk from the nearest MRT station. The walk is worth it because the area is full of culture and the sights were amazing! There are many restaurants and convenience stores nearby so we didn't have any troubles finding places to eat so early in the morning or very late into the night. The process for getting the keys take a bit of getting used to but once set up, it was easy to take out since only your phone is used. John and the rest of the staff were very accommodating and approachable. We had a very comfortable, safe, and enjoyable stay for 3 nights. We will surely miss the place and we highly recommend it to others!
