Nissan Service Centre (Bukit Timah) - Bukit Timah Rd

Brilliant service. I had a broken-down Nissan towed in on Saturday afternoon. Diagnosed and repaired within an hour. No charge - and they even gave a free pack of (empty) ang pao!

This review is for the commercial vehicle section: Customer service is good overall, but the place itself is quite rundown. The waiting area is dark, old and dirty. Maybe they reuse the old sofas from the private vehicle lounge. Also, I made a mistake visiting them during lunch hour as the staff were all out for lunch, but that wasn't really the issue as I could wait. However, the waiting area has a few staff lying around sleeping or playing with their HPs. I was with my wife, so we decided to stand and wait instead. Other than that, all else is pretty swell.

I am truly disappointed with my experience there. Went there for servicing early when they just opened. 5 hours later vehicle still not ready but no one working on my vehicle. Beforehand, half an hour upon handing over my vehicle the mechanic there pointed out a leak at the engine area. Was quoted almost $2k for change of 2 covers, seal and gasket. I was sceptical and decided to go to my regular workshop instead and ask them(TCM) to just do servicing and nothing else. True indeed there was an oil leak but it is not where I was told it was(3 places). All I needed to change was just an o-ring which was brittled. My regular mechanic change it for me foc. Now no more leak and I save almost $2k.

drop off my grandma for her car, the security is the worse. a very simple thing to give me directions and they make a big fuss and show me attitude, this is a very simple thing, just move the cone away so i can head out. this is enough to remind me to never buy a nissan car with service like this. even the employees standing there doesnt help.

The customer lounge at nissan service centre has been given a fresh look and moved next to the service department. The place is cozy and equipped with a coffee corner. Toilets are a few steps away. Well thought of with the needs of the customer in mind. A thumb up.

Good service by technicians. New service lounge has a nice decor too with complementary bottled water. They have stopped the drinks and snack service due to covid. (Hope Nissan will resume that soon) Nearest mrt is King Albert.. abt 8 mins walk away. Bus 154 brings you to Clementi Town Centre.

Nissan service ctr (Bukit Timah) - 0824hrs arrival&check in - 0830hrs appointment - 0840hrs key & car drop there and out for breakfast. - 0858hrs call acknowledge receive car servicing and inform estimate 1430hrs car collection. - 1309hrs informed car ready to collect. - 1505hrs collected car, however on the spot asking the CSO and Technician why engine indicated Yellow(fast charging), their reply is battery(80%) level is Low and required fast charge… - All along drive back home, the engine keep showing Yellow(fast charging) whenever I speed up or station at traffic light somehow I parking waiting also fast charging which is weird condition… - I contact my sales agent-Catherine, she help to contact service manager Quek, also saying is normal… - 1600hrs decide drive back to the Svc Ctr checking, end up is my car Bonnet never locked, wth... Conclusion, Whole day gone just to deal with car servicing who don't do their job properly... Story end… Totally disappointed…If can, I'll give 0 Star... Remarks: *Still need drive in and Q like no appointment. *They receive other car who made appointment after 0830hrs.
